still have not found the mother load of trout. i did catch some very pretty rainbows today. nothing huge but i am thankful for something. its great to be fly fishing again and catching trout no matter how small. havent landed a brook or brown but there are several days left. im hoping for a few afternoon showers in the next couple days to bring the water level up. the kids are having a blast playing in the creek catching crawfish and picking cherries from the trees in the front yard.
