my ducks and me

i went out to lake toho with "pirouge" (dwight) from florida waterfowler fourm today. we had a great time and he put me on some nice ringers. it was a cool, windy and overcast day which is perfect for duck hunting and something we dont get very often down here in florida. i ended up getting my limit of ducks in ringnecks (4 drakes and 2 hens). dwight shot down three ducks two of which were an impressive double on some high flying ringers. dwight got his workout doing all the hard work paddling around picking up ducks, setting out decoys and such. all i had to do was sit around and shoot ducks. it was a wonderful hunt and i really enjoyed dwights company.

Congratulations! Nice limit.

The weather was a great help
yesterday. It made concealment
a whole lot easier.

I like the pirogue. Did you
tow that behind the bigger boat
to get out there?

Looks like a lot of fun! Funny how that's pretty rough weather for you all -- that's a really mild day for us! LOL

Love the ringnecks!
